Terms and Conditions
Thank you for working with me, I appreciate your business.
Listed below are my terms and conditions for contracting with
Koli Cutler Sign Language Services
Rates:
$150 for the first two hours; all jobs billed with a two-hour minimum.
$60 per hour thereafter.
Courtroom, depositions and legal statements are billed at
$70 per hour. Copies of Legal Certification upon request.
Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than two business days from the
start of the assignment will be billed for the entire amount.
Payment:
Terms of billing are net 30 from the invoice date. Invoices will
be emailed in a secure .pdf, or you may request a hard copy mailed to you.
Payment is accepted by check, credit card or PayPal.
Short Notice Fee:
No extra fee will be charged if contract is made ‘last minute.’ If I am
available, the rate is the same as an assignment planned in advance.
Professionalism:
All assignments are regarded with the strictest of confidence. I adhere to
the Interpreter’s Code of Professional Conduct. Additionally, customer satisfaction
is paramount in my business, therefore, I go the extra mile to ensure that you
and your customers are satisfied with my interpreting service.
